Refund Policy

Our return policy is variable depending on the specific product ordered on our website, please see the return policy for each of the product types below:

RTA Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets – RTA cabinets may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. Please Note: There are no returns for moldings, filters, panels, or parts for the following styles: Shaker Gray, Shaker Light Gray, Shaker Antique White, Shaker Arctic, Tahoe White, and Shaker Cinder. The item must be unassembled/unopened and shipped back in the original packaging. To process a claim, email sales@rtacabinetstorepros.com your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and specific SKU of the item you’d like to return. We’ll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details. In order for you to receive credit, you must receive a Return Authorization number from us prior to shipping out the return. Once the returned item is received by the manufacturer, they will inspect it for damages. Please allow up to 7-14 business days of receipt for the manufacturer to inspect the returned item(s). If everything is intact, we will then issue the credit to your account minus the 25% restocking fee. Please also note original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Assembled Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets – Assembled Kitchen and & Bathroom cabinets cannot be returned for any reason due to our manufacturer’s policies. For that reason, it is important to check all measurements prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces. If an assembled item is damaged, it will be replaced for the same item only, please see our damage policies on this FAQ.

Bathroom Vanities, Vanity Tops, and Bathroom Furniture Vanities – These items may be returned within 5 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. The item must be in good condition and shipped back in the original packaging. To process a claim, email sales@rtacabinetstorepros.com your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and specific SKU of the item you’d like to return. We’ll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details. Sinks, Hardware, and Faucets – These items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. The item must be in good condition and shipped back in the original packaging. To process a claim, email sales@rtacabinetstorepros.com your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and specific SKU of the item you’d like to return. We’ll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details. Sample Doors – We do not accept sample returns, however upon ordering a full set of cabinets we will issue a sample door credit for up to 3 sample doors ordered. To receive this credit, please email sales@rtacabinetstorepros.com both your sample door confirmation number and full cabinet order confirmation number.

Please Note: For all return shipments please ship the items with signature required service and email carrier/tracking information to sales@rtacabinetstorepros.com once available so we may alert manufacturer shipment is on the way.

We’re unable to apply promotional discounts to previous orders for any reason. Orders that are canceled due to sales discounts may be subject to restocking fees and/or initial and return shipping charges. If you wish to return an order that has already been delivered, our standard return policies apply.
